    $450

    What it includes: A structured six-week class for expectant parents (and often their partners) covering the stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, different birthing options (hospital, birth center, home), what to expect at each stage, and postpartum/newborn basics. Courses typically explain medical interventions, pain management strategies, labor positions, comfort measures, and how to build a birth plan.

  • Postpartum Support

    $35-$45/hour

    What it includes: After the birth, support in your home on an hourly basis. This may involve helping with newborn care (feeding support, diapering, soothing), assisting the birthing parent’s physical recovery, offering emotional support, and perhaps providing light household help (meals, laundry, errands) depending on agreement. This mirrors what many postpartum doulas provide.

  • Lactation & Feeding 101

    $175 (Two 1.5 hour sessions)

    What It Includes

    Lactation & Feeding 101 is an introductory, evidence-based class designed to help expectant and new parents understand the foundations of feeding their baby—whether breast/chest feeding, pumping, or formula feeding. This class breaks down the essentials in a clear, supportive, judgment-free way so families feel confident and equipped from day one.

    During this session, parents learn:

    How milk supply works and what to expect in the first hours and days

    Proper latch and positioning techniques to reduce pain and promote efficient feeding

    How to recognize infant feeding cues, hunger patterns, satiety, and normal newborn behavior

    The difference between direct breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle-feeding

    How to safely and effectively introduce bottles and maintain milk supply

    What’s normal vs. what may require support from a lactation specialist

    Strategies for partners to participate and support the feeding journey

    Formula-feeding basics for those choosing or needing supplementation

    How to prepare mentally and emotionally for breastfeeding challenges

  • Spinning Babies® Birth Preparation Classes (Private or Group)

    This course — taught by a Spinning Babies Parent Educator — emphasizes a physiological and body-centered approach to preparing for birth. Topics and practices often include: daily pregnancy comfort exercises; stretches and movements designed to help the baby get into optimal positioning (for smoother labor); education about pelvic anatomy, fetal positioning, and how the baby moves through the pelvis during labor; guidance on posture, rest, breathing, and gentle bodywork; and partner involvement for supporting during labor.

  • Postpartum Recovery Planning

    $50 ( 1 hour session)

    A guided session to help families prepare for the fourth trimester with clarity and confidence. This class covers what to expect physically and emotionally after birth, essentials for vaginal and cesarean recovery, pelvic floor basics, visitor and boundary planning, sleep and rest strategies, and how to build a supportive home environment. Parents leave with a personalized postpartum recovery plan and practical tools to promote healing and reduce overwhelm.

  • Newborn Care 101

    $250 (One 2 Hour session)

    A hands-on, confidence-building class covering newborn essentials: diapering, bathing, swaddling, safe sleep, feeding basics, soothing techniques, normal newborn behavior, and early routine expectations. Parents learn practical skills, safety tips, and realistic strategies for the first weeks at home. Ideal for first-time families or anyone wanting a gentle, supportive introduction to newborn care.

  • VBAC 101

    $100 (One hour session)

    An empowering, evidence-based class for parents considering or preparing for a VBAC. We explore how VBAC works, factors that support success, myth-busting facts, provider selection, comfort measures, risks and benefits, and how to build a VBAC-focused birth plan. This session offers clear guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies to help families make informed, confident decisions about their next birth.

    Service Overview

    Belly Bengkung Binding is a traditional postpartum practice designed to support the body’s natural healing process after birth. Using a long, soft cloth, the abdomen, hips, and lower ribcage are wrapped to provide gentle compression, stability, and support during the early postpartum weeks. This technique encourages alignment, comfort, and a grounded sense of well-being as your body transitions after pregnancy.
